Trying new things

My gal pal, Kathy, gifted me with a bag of the IT seed of the moment, chia. Eating it often in puddings, drinks and sprinkled in my morning yogurt. Here I have used it with my favorite Straus vanilla yogurt, homemade blueberry sauce (blueberries + sugar + water), Nature's Path coconut granola and a little mint for some freshness.
